![]() Would be great if you could also post in the Making your own Sticker SteelBook cases thread as well. Great work, really nice to see what you have come up with.ĭo you have plans for the other steelbook cases? I know there's a "Custom SteelBook Cover Art" thread, but I wasn't sure if this applies since it's not just cover art. Hey guys, so I decided to finally take a crack at making my own blu-ray SteelBook, and I thought I'd share some pics. Sorry about the large size and not that great quality. thanks to Blu Boy in BBK for the Snow White one he sent to me ages ago, I edited it a little bit to make it more in line with the other Disney steels (basically moving the 'Walt Disney' logo closer to the 'Snow White' one, and moving the text around a bit, and putting a little code thing at the bottom). I'm sure some might be able to do a better job, but they look pretty spiffy on the shelf now Really not a fan of bilingual spines, not just because of the non-English, but the fact that it makes the text so small and hard to see. I wanted the film logo to be centred so I just had the title overlap the cricket bat bit. ![]() ![]() Shaun of the Dead was a bit tough because of the cricket bat crossing from the front onto the spine, and the original spine having a small picture in the middle. ![]() I scanned in the spines and then edited them, and because its got a metal finish, some parts of it don't look totally 'accurate', as it were, but they look better than they did before IMO. I just finished my amateur photoshopping of English spines for the Alliance Hot Fuzz, Shaun of the Dead and No Country for Old Men, was trying to find somewhere to post a pic and this thread looked like the best place! ![]()
